Feeling lost and waiting for magic to happen?

Lessons from Disney’s Wish

I took my daughter to the ‘cimela’ (as she says it) to watch Wish on Boxing Day weeks ago and we both loved it! And as usual, my thoughts turned to life and purpose ✨

Whilst there’s plenty of magic and a wishing star, it's not just about stars and sparkly dust. It's about the dreams that set our souls on fire, the ones tucked away under a layer of "shoulds" and "what ifs."

Just like Asha in "Wish," we all get stuck sometimes, waiting for external forces to grant our wishes. But here's the secret: the magic lies within you!

Tired of passive wishing?

I share 3 coaching tips based on "Wish" to help you ditch the waiting game and discover your purpose:

1. Stop Wishing, Start Exploring: Dive deep, get messy, and uncover what makes your soul fire! Write it down, embrace the weirdness, and remember: it's YOUR fire, not someone else's.

2. Be You: Ditch the masks and embrace your authentic self! Your quirks and unique perspective are your superpowers. There's only one you, and that's beautiful!

3. Step Outside Your Comfort Zone (But Maybe Pack Snacks): Stepping into the unknown can be scary, but remember Asha's leap of faith? Embrace challenges, and see them as stepping stones to your purpose. Who knows what hidden talents you'll discover!

Bonus Tip: Find Your Cheerleaders! ‍Surround yourself with people who believe in you and celebrate your wins. Find a coach, a mentor, or an accountability partner to keep your fire alive.

P.S. If you want some support to break down your big dreams into actionable steps and make them happen, I have a great tool for this that I use with my clients all the time. Together we’ll:

Unearth your true desires: What's that burning ember waiting to be a roaring fire? 🪄

Craft a magical action plan: Forget fairy dust, let's strategise!

Conquer self-doubt dragons: Slaying limiting beliefs is no problem with me by your side. ️
